AboutNino Erba was born on May 10, 1993. Originally born in Sandpoint, Idaho, he and his family moved several times while he was growing up. He spent his high school years in Butternut, Wisconsin, where he graduated as valedictorian of his class.
After high school, he first experienced living in Dubuque as a student of Loras College. Participating as part of the college's Honors Group, his group helped install several dual-flush toilets on campus. He graduated in 2016 with a B.A. in Media Studies with a Journalism Minor. After college, he stayed in Dubuque where he has worked in various jobs since graduation. Currently, he works as a busser at Tony Roma's in the Grand Harbor Resort hotel. He also is a member of the Dubuque NAACP, where he organized the first city council and mayoral debate put on by the chapter. He's also an impassioned activist, supporting various causes and showing up frequently to different events across the city. An avid lover of downtown Dubuque, Nino Erba hopes to represent the 4th Ward with your help. |
